Joe Muscaglione is an award-winning chef, wine and tea sommelier, polyglot, and rock guitarist with a passion for elevating Las Vegas’ Chinatown. As co-founder of ChinatownVegas.com, he has championed the district’s vibrant culinary and cultural scene along Spring Mountain Road, collaborating with renowned chefs to showcase authentic Asian cuisine.
Joe has decades of experience as a chef, beverage director, restaurateur, and consultant. Fluent in multiple languages, he bridges cultures with ease, fostering community through food, music, and hospitality.
At Chinatown Amplify, Joe leverages his expertise and media relationships to amplify local businesses and events, further cementing Chinatown’s reputation as a culinary and cultural destination. When not innovating in the kitchen or consulting, you might catch him shredding on his electric guitar.
